Requirements:

• Positive and upbeat personality.
• Effective communication skills with customers, coworkers, and managers.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Customer service oriented.
• Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Health and fitness-minded individuals are preferred.
• High School diploma required.
• CPR/AED training preferred.
• Prior sales experience in a retail setting is preferred.
• Successful completion of all relevant training programs.

Environment:

• The working environment is inside the Sculpt Fitness facility.
• Working hours vary and include mornings and evenings.
• This position offers part-time hours only.

Direct Report:

• This position reports to the Sculpt Fitness Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in members and guests as they arrive.
• Resolve member issues effectively.
• Handle membership sales and retention.
• Follow up with prospects and leads.
• Sell in-store merchandise such as smoothies, drinks, and fitness accessories.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for all members and staff.
• Perform applicable downtime tasks, including facility upkeep and walkthroughs.
• Open and close the facility as scheduled.
• Be punctual and on time for all shifts.

Dress Code:

• Wear company staff shirt and athletic clothes.
• Sneakers must always be worn (no boots, heels, open-toe shoes, or sandals).
• Maintain a well-groomed and neat appearance.

Experience:
